Gorgeous, Glam Wedding at The Ryland Inn | Melissa + Kevin

Tuesday, May 9th, 2017

A mix of rustic, glam and elegant looks great on Melissa and her sweet hubby, Kevin. This dynamic, darling duo found it easy to put on a wedding with panache – Melissa is a makeup artist and Kevin is a stuntman (catch him on The Sopranos, The Wolf of Wall Street and more!). The Ryland Inn set a beautiful scene for both their outdoor ceremony and ballroom reception, both of which were filled with lush flowers and lots of love!

Distinctive and elegant, Melissa walked down the aisle (and worked the dance floor) in her Galia Lahav wedding dress, which she accessorized with a custom-designed bridal forehead headpiece, hand jewelry and earrings from our boutique.

Forehead Headband Bridal Hairstyle Ideas

Thursday, October 13th, 2016

Whether they’ve spotted them on our Instagram feed or on red carpet fashionistas, many brides-to-be are in love with forehead headbands. If you think this exotic, sparkly headpiece seems like the sort of accessory that needs to be paired with an equally dramatic look, you’re right. They’re a natural fit for a statement-making wedding day ensemble and hair that doesn’t quit!

Though often seen with long, boho-glam locks, that’s not the only way to wear pretty bridal hair circlets. Women with short hair totally rock forehead headbands, as do those who prefer their hair up. As with all things bridal, expressing your own personal aesthetic is the secret to creating unforgettable wedding day style.

Feeling a bun, chignon, low twist, or short ringlets? Check out the first few shots of our brides below for some real-life examples of headbands paired with upswept tresses. On the other hand, a down-do or half-up/half-down is just as breathtaking. If channeling your inner bohemian princess feels right, scroll down for some hairstyle cues from more of our beautiful brides!
