Q: Can I order online?

A: We do accept online and phone orders for our headpieces and veils that can be shipped nationally and internationally. Also, we now offer a online jewelry shop where you can see and order many of our jewelry pieces  shop.bridalstylesboutique.com


Q: How much does it cost to ship internationally?

A: International shipping charges are determined by the country and the insurance amount. Shipping charges do not include duties, customs or any local taxes.


Q: Do you have a catalogue?

A: Due to the continual updates to our collection, we do not produce a printed catalogue. A large part of our collection is on our website. To view the complete collection, please visit our New York boutique


Q: How do I get prices?

A: You can call us or email us the style numbers of the pieces that you like and we will send you the prices.


Q: What form of payments do you accept for online orders?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Our preferred form of payment is PayPal. It is the easiest and most convenient for both buyer and vendor.


Q: What is PayPal and how do I use it?

A: PayPal is a very easy and free secured online payment method that enables you to use your bank account or credit card to send and receive payments online. To use PayPal just set up an account at www.PayPal.com


Q: What is the return policy?

A: Due to the nature of the merchandise, all of our items are final sale and cannot be returned.


Q: What if something arrives broken or damaged?

A: All of our packages are shipped insured. We will exchange any broken item for the same item as quickly as possible.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If you need assistance tracking your order, you can contact us and we will be happy to look into for you.


Q: Does your website show your complete selection?

A: Our website shows only a small part of our collection. In our showroom we have over 450 samples on display, all different styles and price ranges. To view the complete collection, please visit out NY boutique.


Q: Do you have any other locations?

A: Our only boutique is located in Brooklyn, New York. Our showroom is open Tuesday to Sunday. During the summer months we are open Tuesday to Saturday.
